2003 was a big year for KeepTool, marked by the introduction of
KeepTool 6.0. To increase awareness of our products, we brought out
our quarterly newsletter, and more recently, the KeepTool Forums,
our bulletin board for the user community.
It was also the first year that KeepTool attended four major Oracle
events, in the U.S., France and Germany. April saw our first attendance
at IOUG Live!, held in Orlando, Florida. We went back to OracleWorld
in San Francisco, where we rolled out KeepTool 6.0 to accompany Oracle
10G, then did the same at OracleWorld Paris. In November we returned
to the DOAG, the German Oracle Users Group annual event in Mannheim.

IOUG
Live! Orlando (28 - 30 April 2003) |
After a long, hard winter, KeepTool's Reiner Dieg and
Kerstin Becker spent three beautiful days at Walt Disney World, where
we met a lot of new people, thanks to our excellent location just
off the main entrance. This was also the first major event where
we used our new show display, on which we received a lot of compliments.

OracleWorld
San Francisco (7 - 11 September 2003) |
|
| Thousands of Oracle professionals again gathered at San Francisco's
Moscone Center, this time during the last days of summer. Both Oracle
10G and KeepTool 6.0 were on display for the first time. KeepTool's
Jan Dieckmann and Reiner Dieg passed out hundreds of CD's, and awarded
an Apple Ipod to one lucky winner. |

OracleWorld
Paris (20 - 23 Oktober 2003) |
|
| As OracleWorld moved to Europe, Hartmut Schuster, our newest staff
member, presented KeepTool 6.0 to hundreds of European Oracle professionals
at Paris' CNIT Center in English, French and German. This is the
first year that we have attended both the U.S. and European versions
of OracleWorld. |

DOAG
Mannheim (12 - 13 November, 2003) |
|
| As Germany is KeepTool's home, Hartmut Schuster and KeepTool customer
service pro Kerstin Becker were able to greet many of our current
customers, as well as to introduce Version 6.0, at Mannheim's Congress
Center. The annual DOAG conference is the largest Oracle event in
the German-speaking area. |
