KeepTool GmbH will pay a commission of 20 per cent
of the net price to individuals or companies (i.e. agents) who
refer a purchaser of a KeepTool full license when the following conditions
are met:
Who can be an agent:
Agents entitled to a commission can be: individual persons
or companies that already have a license for Hora, ER Diagrammer,
or PL/SQL Debugger, or staff members of such a licensee who are not
also staff members or relatives of the prospective purchaser.
A partner or staff member of KeepTool GmbH may not be an agent.
Conditions for the payment of the commission:
The commission will be paid to the agent when the purchaser of a license
indicates the agent's name, address, and banking information on his
order to KeepTool GmbH. The commission will be remitted to the agent
two weeks after the day on which the business account of KeepTool
GmbH is credited with the full amount of the purchase price paid by
the buyer.
For each sale of Hora, the ER-Diagrammer, or the PL/SQL-Debugger,
only one agent is entitled to a commission.
 These terms
will be in effect until December 31, 2008. They apply to all orders
for KeepTool products received on or before that date. |
